Peaceful Bell Cottage is part of an ancient listed Manor House, tucked away in the tranquil countryside on the outskirts of the small Cornish town of Callington. This Manor House was built in the eighteenth century on the site of a property gifted to the Haye family by William the Conqueror. Whatever your ideal holiday plans in Cornwall, Bell Cottage is perfectly located between Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor to achieve them.
The holiday accommodation on the first floor of the beautiful 18th century Manor House has many period features. Bell Cottage has a private courtyard, from which nine stone steps lead up into the accommodation, where there are lovely views over the surrounding farmland, lake and pretty gardens. On the roof of the Manor House is the bell for which the holiday cottage is named, and the old bell pull is still in place on the landing.
